I got this book pretty cheap on Amazon after hearing the authors interviewed on Focus On The Family . I don’t think the cover would have grabbed me, but in the interview they communicated some ideas which challenged me as a mother to my own children. Since I had to throw out most everything my mom did and start trying to figure it out from scratch, I am always on the hunt to figure out how to do mothering better. It is a quick, easy read, the kind to bring while waiting somewhere with nothing to do. You can cover several pages pretty easily, just don’t forget to stop and ponder a penetrating thought : )
